We use Oregon Natural Meat’s “Brew Beef,” which means it is Oregon beef that is fattened on spent brewery grain. We hand-pat our burgers for maximum flavor and texture. Our burgers are served on a steamed bakery bun with Beaver brand Sweet-Hot Mustard, mayo, ketchup, and fresh lettuce, tomato, and onion (unless otherwise noted). Served with a crispy dill pickle and potato chips, or “Make it Chubby” and substitute fries, tater tots or salad for $1. Add Bacon or Avocado: $1; cheese: 50₵
