We use Oregon Natural Meat’s “Brew Beef,” which means it is Oregon beef that is fattened on spent brewery grain. We hand-pat our burgers for maximum flavor and texture. Our burgers are served on a steamed bakery bun with Beaver brand Sweet-Hot Mustard, mayo, ketchup, and fresh lettuce, tomato, and onion (unless otherwise noted). Served with a crispy dill pickle and potato chips, or “Make it Chubby” and substitute fries or tater tots $1. Add Bacon or Avocado: $1; cheese: 50₵
The last “runnable” class of river rapid – this one-of-a-kind burger has fresh diced jalapenos and secret spices mixed into the meat, is grilled with a spicy Tabasco & A1 sauce, and topped with cheddar and pepper jack cheeses. This is a 3-napkin burger!
Our famous sandwich includes corned beef piled high on grilled marble rye bread, with sweet-hot mustard and loaded up with naturally fermented sauerkraut and melted Swiss cheese. We have it on good authority (our customers!) this is the best Reuben in town!
