Calapooia Brewing Draft Beer FAQ:
WHAT SIZED KEGS ARE AVAILABLE?
Calapooia Craft Beers are kegged in various size containers, as follows:
50 Liters (Full Size Keg) = 13.2 gallons = approximately 100 pints
1/6 barrel (Sixtel) = 5.16 gallons = 41 pints
Cornelius Keg (Corny/Homebrew Keg) = 5.0 gallons = 40 pints
WHAT DOES IT COST?
1/6 Barrel Kegs are $90-$100
Corny Keg refills are $75-85
50 L Kegs are $180-$200
DO YOU CHARGE A DEPOSIT?
We charge a $100 deposit on 1/2 Barrel Kegs
We charge a $80 deposit on 1/6 Barrel Kegs
All deposits are refundable when the keg is returned!
WHAT BEERS CAN I GET?
Call or stop by the pub for the most updated availability.
*Certain beers may need up to 48 hours to prepare, so please call ahead to order!
CAN I RENT THE EQUIPMENT FOR TAPPING THE KEG?
We do have taps available to rent! There is a $10 rental fee, + a refundable deposit of $50.
WHEN CAN I PICK IT UP?
We can always accommodate your keg orders but the best times for quickest turn around would be to pick up between the times of 1:00pm-4:00pm, Monday through Friday. Corny Keg fills are available 24hrs after dropping off your keg, if dropped off Monday through Thursday. For Corny Kegs dropped off Friday, Saturday or Sunday, pick up will be available on Monday.
WILL YOU FILL MY EMPTY KEG?
We will only refill Corny Homebrew kegs. All other sizes must be bought through us including the 1/6 barrel and the 50L Keg. For your Corny Keg refills, you must bring in your corny keg cleaned & sanitized in order for us to fill it.
