Pooia Porter 

A bold yet approachable American-style Porter. This medium-bodied brew has a slight mocha finish. 

ABV: 6.1%

SantiAmber 

Rich in color, this medium-bodied brew has a soft, velvety, and slightly sweet caramel finish. Moderately hopped with PNW hop varieties for a well-balanced amber.

ABV: 5.8% | IBU: 20

Chili Beer

This medium-bodied craft beer is born from our classic Amber Ale recipe, with a kick! Minimally hopped and generously flavored with pounds of fresh Anaheim, Jalapeño, Serrano, and Habanero chilis. A truly unique beer! 

ABV:6.2% | IBU: 10

Paddle Me IPA 

This PNW IPA is resinous, with a hint of grapefruit, delivering on the hops while remaining balanced by bready malts. Medium-bodied with a dry finish. 

ABV: 6.5% | IBU: 60

Ground Zero Pale Ale

A refreshing, classic-style Pale Ale with hints of tropical notes and a slight skunk spice provided by the Mosaic hops. Complemented by a mild biscuity malt build, resulting in a crisp, dry finish.

Pacific Pilsner 

Light-bodied and lightly hopped, this German-style Pilsner has a malty sweetness with a crisp, clean finish. Enjoy this easy drinker, perfect for any time of year. "Noch ein Bier, bitte! Prost!"

Hazy Shores IPA

This juicy IPA hits all the taste buds. In just the first sip, you will experience the silky mouthfeel of oats and wheat, balanced with hints of citrus and tangerine. Enjoy the journey, guided by 4 different styles of hops featuring low bitterness and a dry finish.

American Wheat 

Our American Wheat is brewed using 50% wheat for a slight, bready flavor. Enjoy a blend of citrus-forward hops and mandarin zest, bringing out big flavor and aroma.

Kayakers Kolsch

German-style Kolsch, with a delicate malt sweetness and a crisp, dry finish. The yeast and hops lend a slightly fruity character with no bitterness.

Blazing Paddles

Combining two of our most popular beers, Blazing Paddles is a crisp IPA with a spicy kick.

Ginfused Cold IPA

Inspired by Vivacity’s Native Gin, this cold IPA has been infused with carefully selected botanicals for a subtle gin crispness. Enjoy notes of juniper and citrus.

Idaho 7 Fresh Hop IPA

This vibrant and aromatic beer showcases the unique characteristics of the Idaho 7 hop, harvested by Crosby Hop Farms, at peak freshness. Brewed mere hours after harvest, this IPA bursts with juicy, tropical fruit notes, balanced by hints of citrus zest and herbal pine. With a light body and slightly resinous mouthfeel, the addition of fresh hops amplifies the hops’ bold flavors and aromas.

Water St. Wreckage Double IPA

Double IPA with a light malt build to showcase PNW hops. Features a pungent aroma with notes of citrus and pine.

Black Bog Sour

This Sour Ale has been packed with blackberry and cranberry puree, lending a sweet tart flavor and aroma.

Violet’s Blue Sour

This Sour Ale has been packed with blueberry puree, giving it a sweet tart flavor and aroma. Rose hips add delicate floral and citrus notes to the palate.

Apricot Peach Sour

This Sour Ale is packed with apricot and peach puree, giving it a giant sweet tart flavor and aroma.

Caber Toss Scottish Ale

A malt-forward ‘wee heavy’ Scotch Ale, loaded with Special B and Peat malts, creating a full-bodied, dark, smokey and deliciously robust brew.

Turkish Coffee Stout

This creamy oatmeal stout has been upgraded with cold-brewed coffee, roasted locally by Oregon Coffee & Tea. Inspired by Vivacity Spirits’ Turkish Coffee Liqueur, cardamom and cinnamon have been added to elevate this beer.

Kringle Krack

This strong winter ale is characterized by its huge malt profile that is blended with three different NW hops. This dark ale is aged for 8 months for a smooth balanced finish. Perfect for cold winter nights sitting by the fire. This malty, hoppy strong arm goodness just might make up for all the naughtiness you caused this year.
