Pacific Pilsner

Ground Zero Pale Ale

A refreshing, classic-style Pale Ale with hints of tropical notes and a slight skunk spice provided by the Mosaic hops. Complemented by a mild biscuity malt build, resulting in a crisp, dry finish.

Chili Beer

This medium-bodied craft beer is born from our classic Amber Ale recipe, with a kick! Minimally hopped and generously flavored with pounds of fresh Anaheim, Jalapeño, Serrano, and Habanero chilis. A truly unique beer!

Hazy Shores IPA

This juicy IPA hits all the taste buds. In just the first sip, you will experience the silky mouthfeel of oats and wheat, balanced with hints of citrus and tangerine. Enjoy the journey, guided by 4 different styles of hops featuring low bitterness and a dry finish. 

ABV: 7.0% | IBU: 35

Paddle Me IPA 

This PNW IPA is resinous, with a hint of grapefruit, delivering on the hops while remaining balanced by bready malts. Medium-bodied with a dry finish. 

ABV: 6.5% | IBU: 60

SantiAmber 

Rich in color, this medium-bodied brew has a soft, velvety, and slightly sweet caramel finish. Moderately hopped with PNW hop varieties for a well-balanced amber.

ABV: 5.8% | IBU: 20

Pooia Porter 

A bold yet approachable American-style Porter. This medium-bodied brew has a slight mocha finish. 

ABV: 6.1%

American Wheat 

Our American Wheat is brewed using 50% wheat for a slight, bready flavor. Enjoy a blend of citrus-forward hops and mandarin zest, bringing out big flavor and aroma.

ABV: 6.0% | 39 IBU

Clurichaun Irish Red

This smooth malt-forward beer has a balanced flavor profile, mild caramel sweetness and toasty malt notes. A subtle hint of roasted grains imparts a slight dryness in the finish of our beautiful copper-red brew. Sláinte!

Boxcar Brown Ale

This true brown ale offers a delightful balance of soft nuttiness and a slight caramel flavor that’s sure to please your palate. Lightly hopped and medium-bodied; the perfect companion for those who appreciate rich, yet smooth, craft brews.

Caber Toss Scottish Ale

A malt-forward ‘wee heavy’ Scotch Ale, loaded with Special B and Peat malts, creating a full-bodied, dark, smokey and deliciously robust brew.

Baltic Porter - Available on CO2

Our Baltic Porter features rich notes of dried fruit, chocolate, and caramel, expertly fermented with lager yeast. Enjoy the sensory experience offered by our barrel-aged creamy, smooth nitro and crisp, dry CO2 draft options of this full-bodied beer.

Bourbon Barrel-Aged Baltic Porter - NITRO

Indulge in the rich flavors of dried fruit, chocolate, and caramel notes, all expertly fermented with lager yeast and aged in our very own Vivacity Spirits Old Contrarian Bourbon barrels. This taproom-exclusive brew is a full-bodied experience, with the aging process adding a slight bourbon sweetness without a heavy ABV increase. Enjoy the creamy, smooth finish that only Nitro can provide.

Koa Kiwi New Zealand IPA

New Zealand hops provide intense aromatics with tropical fruit, citrus, and white wine notes. This IPA’s light, crisp body emphasizes vibrant hops, offering balanced bitterness and a smooth, refreshing finish.

Zamba Juicy IPA

Our carefully selected blend of hops delivers a complex tropical bouquet of juicy pineapple and mango, balanced by hints of stone fruits and the zest of orange tangerine.

Violet’s Blue Sour
