Welcome to our first blog. I’m Christine, the Events and Marketing Coordinator at Calapooia Brewing and Vivacity Spirits. I’ve been busy planning lots of new and engaging events for you! We’ve been reading a lot lately about the third place movement. Have you heard about it? In a nutshell- your first place is your home, you second place is your work or school and you third place is Calapooia Brewing! The third place is your place to find community, unwind and be entertained. Your no judgement establishment where your dogs are welcome and the food is delicious. Your favorite pub with amazing beers, cocktails, and friends you call family.

Do you need a third place? We say yes! Third places help to expand your horizons outside of home, work or school. Third places foster mental wellbeing through social interactions. We have community tables set up in the Pub and Atrium to make you feel included. Dining alone? No worries- grab a stool at a community table and introduce yourself to a new friend. Hanging out with a group? Sit in the Atrium and pick up a game to play at your table. We’re open everyday for you! Stop by and say hello.
